Nothing quite beats a syrupy, sweet, soul-warming dish of baked fruit on a cold winter's morning!
- 2 plums
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 pear
- 1/8 cup flaked almonds
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut
- Preheat the oven to 200*C. Chop the plums and pears and place at the base of a baking dish, then top with the berries and nuts.
- Bake for 20 minutes until soft and the nuts golden, then serve with coconut yogurt (or coconut chia pudding).
