Baked Fruit Dish

Nothing quite beats a syrupy, sweet, soul-warming dish of baked fruit on a cold winter's morning!


  • 2 plums
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 pear
  • 1/8 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/8 cup shredded coconut


  1. Preheat the oven to 200*C. Chop the plums and pears and place at the base of a baking dish, then top with the berries and nuts.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes until soft and the nuts golden, then serve with coconut yogurt (or coconut chia pudding).
