Pretty Tahini Slaw

Seen here with my healthy take on fish and chips!

Ingredients (makes 4 servings) 

  • 300g dry coleslaw salad mix
  • 1 to 2 tbsp tahini (depending on how creamy you want it to be)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard


  1. Place the coleslaw mix, tahini, salt and mustard in the food processor and blend until finely chopped and mixed through. Done!
