Seen here with my healthy take on fish and chips!
Ingredients (makes 4 servings)
- 300g dry coleslaw salad mix
- 1 to 2 tbsp tahini (depending on how creamy you want it to be)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Place the coleslaw mix, tahini, salt and mustard in the food processor and blend until finely chopped and mixed through. Done!
