A quick throw together salad that’s just as good by itself or as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 50g Australian feta
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 orange
Method
- Finely chop the walnuts and feta.
- Steam the peas and asparagus.
- Combine the peas, nuts, cheese and squeeze the juice of the orange over the top. Serve with the asparagus on top.
