Asparagus and Walnut Salad

A quick throw together salad that’s just as good by itself or as a side dish.


  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 50g Australian feta
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 orange


  1. Finely chop the walnuts and feta.
  2. Steam the peas and asparagus.
  3. Combine the peas, nuts, cheese and squeeze the juice of the orange over the top. Serve with the asparagus on top.
