Another recipe from my student days. Delicious spread with avocado or margarine, or eaten by itself! The thinner the mixture is spread, the more crisp the ‘bread’ becomes.
- 100g cauliflower, grated
- 1 medium sized sweet potato, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon psyliium husk
- Preheat the oven to 200*C. Line a brownie tin with baking paper.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined, and bake in a brownie tin for 20 minutes.
