Berry Cashew Loaf 

A berry blissful alternative to sugar and butter laden banana bread for breakfast! 

Preheat the oven to 200*C and line a loaf tin with baking paper. Mix half a cup each of barley flour, vanilla pea protein and black bean powder, with 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/8 cup (in liquid form) coconut oil, a handful of cashews and a cup of frozen berries. Mix together and bake until firm.
